We process the information provided to manage our music management services.
If you contact us to request information, we will process your data to handle your inquiry.
We may also use your data to inform you about the activities, products, or services of DEFYMUSIC, S.L., as well as other companies in the group (PANDAMUSIC, S.L., and UNDENVI, S.L.), provided you have given us your express consent via the designated checkboxes. If you are already a client, we may send you information about similar products based on legitimate interest, as permitted under the LSSI.
If you submit a resume, we will process the data to manage the CV database for personnel selection.
How long will we keep your data?
Personal data provided will be retained while you are a user of our services or wish to receive information, as you can object to the processing of your data for promotional purposes when providing it or at any later time by notifying us at info@pandaartistmanagement.net.
After that, data will be kept for the periods required to comply with our legal obligations: for accounting and commercial purposes, 6 years in accordance with Article 30 of the Commercial Code; for tax purposes, 4 years according to Articles 66 to 70 of the General Tax Law.
